Megablok participated in a roundtable discussion organized by HOY Arag\u00f3n, which also included representatives from CBRE, Torres Oficinas, and Adecco, reflecting on the transformation of workspaces in the era of remote working and hybrid models.<\/strong><\/p>\n

It became clear that the office is no longer simply a place to perform tasks: it must attract talent, strengthen corporate culture, and generate feelings of well-being. Herminia Lombarte (Adecco) pointed out that the office has to be \u201ca center for connecting talent and corporate culture,\u201d not merely a functional, operational space.<\/p>\n

Likewise, Lola Hern\u00e1ndez, Head of Business Development at CBRE, insisted that employee well-being is becoming a priority, and that the space should be used for mentoring and professional development, not just for \u201cclocking in.\u201d<\/p>\n
